Micro FictionAs I chased the necklace through the water, I saw the eyes of the electric eels change from a calming blue, to a flaming red. The necklace floated down to the middle of the eels. My heart sank. What was I supposed to do now? I did the first thing that popped into my mind. I swam towards the eels, weaving through the water like seaweed in the wind. The eels slowly turned their blood-red eyes on me as I weaved gracefully in and out of the currents. Ever so slowly, yellow things that glowed shot up, out of nowhere. (100)

A pretty decent photo. It has good depth of field, and I really like the colorful bokeh. It also has great lighting. The composition is also good, following the rule of thirds really well. However, the main focal point is the tip of one of the tree's branches, which is not very interesting. It would be better if some of the light bulbs were in focus instead of just some of the tree in the lower left corner. A slightly smaller aperture may help to bring the foreground more into focus. Most of this could be easily fixed. I hope that helps and makes sense. :)

An overall good photo. However, there is lots overexposure in the background, which takes away our view on your main point- the tip of a tree branch. It would have perhaps been more interesting to focus on one singular light. The bokeh is colorful and very vibrant.
